RETURN POLICY

HELLO GORGEOUS RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Our policies are not based off of social media generic policies. We implement our own to better service you as customers and within our buisness.

All items EXCEPT the following are eligable for STORE CREDIT

Due to our limited quanities, we do not offer exchanges on any items. You will be responsible for making a seperate purchase for the desired size, color or any other variation. 

All RETURNS ARE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY!

  • HG accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered or defective merchandise, that are not a final sale item.

Retuns must be sent to us within 7 BUISNESS DAYS from the date your order was delivered. The order must be SHIPPED within the 7 buisness day allowance.   

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • You, as the customer, are responisble for purchasing your own return shipping label at youor desired carrier.
  • To make a return item (s) MUST be sent back to Hello Gorgeous within 7 business days of the DELIVERY date. 
  • Pack your item (s) in a secure package with the protective packaging around the item (s) as it was sent to you. 
  • Items MUST be returned With TAGS and UNDAMAGED/ UNWORN. If item (s) are returned without tags or are damaged/ worn, your return will NOT  be processed and you will NOT reciece your credit compensation.
  • INCLUDE YOUR PACKING SILP with the item (s) you are returning circled to insure we have the correct customer information and have recieved the correct items. 
  • Please email your tracking information to hggirl4life@gmail.com. This ensures all parties to be able to track the shipment accordingly.
